Each week of November, we will hold a special fundraiser to help the Humane Society keep the animals safe, warm, and ready for their loving homes. This week, we are asking you do donate towards our power bill! It's easy - just write a check to Wisconsin Public Service, include account number #0403874011-00001 on the check, and either drop it off at the shelter, or mail it to: Wisconsin Public Service, PO Box 1109 Glenview, IL 60025-8109

These wonderful boards were made by one of our volunteers. They are made of reclaimed barn boards, with sturdy metal hooks for you to use to hang leashes, hats, keys, etc.! Just click on the provided link to our Facebook page to see all the different designs, choose your favorites, and make your purchase!

Have you made a donation, and not received a Thank You? We always send thank you notes whenever we know who is making the donation, but sometimes Amazon and Chewy don't tell us who sent the items, and some financial donations come through services that don't specify the name of the donor. Please know that we appreciate each and every donation, and would love to be able to acknowledge them all. If you can, please ask your financial service to make sure that your name is attached to your donation, and ask Amazon and Chewy to include a "Gift Note." No matter what, we deeply appreciate all of the help that you provide.

Pavers for Paws is a great way to grab a little piece of history for yourself, your loved ones, your pets, your business, or as a legacy! These 4 in. by 8 in. bricks will be installed (come see the ones that already have been) on our front office patio! Your brick will be a permanent testament of your support for the Humane Society. Bricks also make wonderful gifts, so don't miss out on this awesome opportunity!
